Decision-Support Disclaimer

Place Signals provides decision-support tools based on public and licensed data. We provide no guarantee of outcomes. Our scores are indicators of potential risk and opportunity, not definitive advice.

Data Limitations

We rely on third-party sources (e.g., U.S. Census Bureau, FEMA). We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy of these external sources. Users are strongly encouraged to conduct parcel-level due diligence before making final real estate or business decisions.

Data Retention

For free accounts, search history and generated reports are retained for 30 days. For one-time paid report purchases, paid artifacts and billing records may be retained for audit, support, and tax purposes even if no recurring plan exists. If recurring plans are introduced later, account-retention rules for those plans will be published before launch.

Export & Usage Limitations

Buyers may export purchased report outputs for internal decision use. Redistribution of Place Signals data, methodology, or scores as a standalone data product is strictly prohibited without a specific Enterprise Data Licensing agreement.

Liability Disclaimer

Place Signals shall not be liable for business losses, real estate investment outcomes, or relocation dissatisfaction resulting from the use of our reports.
