Place Signals is an early-stage location intelligence platform that turns public and licensed datasets into source-backed place, relocation, and business-location signals. The goal is simple: make the tradeoffs legible before anyone has to pretend they are obvious.

Why we exist

We are built by data and software practitioners focused on making public data more usable for relocation, business-location, and market-opportunity decisions. The project emphasizes source transparency, geographic resolution, and clear tradeoffs rather than black-box rankings.

Our Stage

We are an early-stage product. We do not pretend to be an enterprise conglomerate. Instead, we publish our methodology, source notes, and sample reports as the product develops.
