Launch report purchases

The current public launch offer is built around one-time report purchases rather than a broad subscription. Standard launch offers include a single-location report, a two-location comparison, and a premium reviewed report.

Cancellation

Because launch purchases are one-time charges, there is no recurring billing cycle to cancel for the standard report offers. If recurring plans are introduced later, this policy will be updated to describe cancellation timing and access rules.

Refunds

As a provider of digital data and reporting services, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing period has started or a report has been generated. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service, please reach out to support@placesignals.com within 7 days of the charge.

Future recurring plans

If Place Signals later introduces subscriptions, credits, or customer-portal billing controls, the relevant recurring billing, trial, and cancellation terms will be published before those plans are sold publicly.
